Notice regarding outgoing email communications:
We are having currently issues with our outgoing emails. We are receiving incoming emails but many of our outgoing emails are not transmitting with consistency. Some emails are bouncing back to us and we will resend those. However, some emails are not delivered and we are unaware. It is an issue with our service provider and they are working to find and correct the issue. We appreciate your patience as this is causing us duplicate efforts and a slight delay in responses. We still maintain that emailing us for requests is the fastest way to contact us as our phones are currently busy with our outgoing phone calls. We apologize for any frustration and delay.
In order to serve you best, all order status request emails and phone messages will be responded to via Email.
** Please be aware that, due to the recent changes in security features provided by many internet service providers, some emails are being dispatched to our customer's spam folder in error.

CHRISTMAS & HOLIDAY HOURS
We work very hard right up until Christmas Eve to fill all holiday orders as quickly and efficiently as possible. As a reward for all the long days, the staff takes a little time off after the Christmas holiday to celebrate with their families. We appreciate your understanding of orders taking a little longer to ship during the post holiday dates listed below.
Please expect minor shipment delays and customer service delays during the following dates.
• CLOSED on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, December 26th, December 27th, December 28th
• Closed New Years Day
• We are open with limited staff on the following days: December 29-31, January 4th
Christmas Holiday Note:
Customer Service hours will remain the same during the holiday season with the exception of the dates above. We will be working longer hours to accommodate our increased order volume but the extra hours will be dedicated to processing orders for Christmas delivery. We will have a call center helping us with the overflow of calls during this busy season and ask for your patience as we return all calls and emails. Your order and requests are very important to us. We still maintain that email is the fastest and most efficient way to contact us.
