Guarantee: We Want You To Be Satisfied! We do our best to buy quality products; however, if you receive a
defective product please notify our customer service department immediately but no later than 14 days from date of receipt. We will replace it or refund your money within 60 days of the date of receipt.
Special Order/Custom Order/Personalized Orders:
Due to the uniqueness of the items, once custom, personalized or special orders are placed they can not be cancelled or returned unless there is manufacturers defect. In the case of a manufacturer's defect, we will repair/replace the item.
At Anderson Avenue, we want to be very forthright and fair about our return policy. Some companies will promote "No Hassle Returns" and then surprise their customers with unexpected charges and fees. Our top priority is customer service and we will always handle returns and exchanges in an effort to maintain a long term relationship with our customers.
Anderson Avenue offers a return policy on most of our merchandise as long as it is returned in new condition and in its original packaging within 14 days of the date of receipt for a refund or product exchange. Please note the following:
- Special Order or Custom Order merchandise, including personalized items, are not refundable due to the uniqueness of the item.
- It is the customers responsibility to Inspect all of the merchandise upon arrival for any unsatisfactory items or damages.
- Items that have been assembled for use are not acceptable for a return. Please do not start assembly of your products until all of your items have been inspected.
- We do not accept returns after 14 days from the date of receipt.
- Approved returns received in it's new, salable condition with all the original packaging and within 14 days of receipt will be refunded for the entire cost of the product minus any shipping charges which are not refundable. Please note that actual shipping charges are sometimes more than our system shows as shipping charges. We will retain actual shipping charges for all returns and exchanges.
- Some items will also be charged a 25% restocking fee as imposed by the manufacturer.
- Before sending a return, please contact our Customer Service Department for a return authorization code and details of how and where to return the package to as the package may have shipped direct from our manufacturer due to our prearranged agreement. Anderson Avenue will make shipping arrangements for returns via Federal Express or UPS, which ever is most reasonable.
- Unless the item is returned due to a manufacturer's defect, the buyer is responsible for all shipping costs including return freight charges for returns and exchanges.
- All returns approved after 14 days from the date of invoice will incur a 25% restocking fee plus all shipping costs.
- Unapproved returns will not be accepted.
**Due to the personal nature of bedding and because Anderson Avenue orders most of our Bedding as a Special Order, Bedding Items are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged. It is important that our customers are assured they are receiving a pristine, never opened, product for such a personal and luxurious purchase. However, if there is a manufacturer's defect we are happy to offer a repair or replacement of the bedding or accent pieces within 14 days of receipt of goods.
